Dot Hacker release debut digital EP, announce show

Los Angeles-based band Dot Hacker release their eponymous debut EP today, February 21st via ORG Music. It’s available on iTunes, Amazon, and everywhere else you buy digital music. The EP will be followed by first full-length album, Inhibition later in Spring 2012.

Before forming Dot Hacker in 2008, the four were already established musicians, recording and touring with an impressive list of respected artists including: Beck, Gnarls Barkley, PJ Harvey, Charlotte Gainsbourg, The Butthole Surfers and Broken Bells amongst many others. Klinghoffer, the band’s lead vocalist, also currently plays guitar in the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Besides playing Los Angeles’ Troubadour on Wednesday, March 14. (tickets available HERE), Dot Hacker plans to play more shows in 2012 to support the release of their debut album.
