Record Store Day 2022 - June Drop

The second Record Store Day drop of the year is fast approaching, so we wanted to take this time to remind you what we have in store for June 18th! As previously announced, we are releasing Larry Mullins and Mike Watt's latest installment of their annual Stooges tributes (Fun House  7"), and a long-overdue reissue of the lone record from country great Linda Martell (Color Me Country).

Larry Mullins + Mike Watt's Fun House 7” features their unique take on the classic tune, divided into two parts and available exclusively for RSD 2022, and is limited to 1,000 copies worldwide. Half of the pressing comes on color vinyl, with the other half on standard black vinyl. The two editions will be randomly mixed and shipped, so you’re in for a surprise. Find a store near you carrying this title here.

Martell rose to fame as the first black woman to play the Grand Ole Opry in 1970, and subsequently became the first to find success on the Billboard Country charts with hits like "Color Him Father", "Before the Next Teardrop Falls" and "Bad Case of the Blues". Her album Color Me Country, originally released the same year, is finally being reissued exclusively for Record Store Day 2022!

The reissue, limited to just 2,000 copies, was mastered by Dave Gardner at Infrasonic Mastering and pressed on transparent orange color vinyl at Furnace Record Pressing. Pick up a copy on June 18th at a store near you.
