One of the seminal works from the genre to become known as pop punk, the Descendents’ Milo Goes to College arrived in the year 1982 as most of the members of the band were just finishing high school. They began by writing catchy, hummable melodies about girls, parents, and food, among other things. Despite their unabashedly juvenile lyrical approach, they played with a blistering intensity rivaling any of the bands in the burgeoning hardcore crowd that they fell in with. This winning formula has carried the group for decades, as their influence has inspired countless followers (some becoming far more famous) in their wake. Now, 43 years later, Descendents are reclaiming and reissuing the album that started it all.
This “Punk Note” edition comes with alternate packaging artwork from designer John Yates (Stealworks). The artwork is a nod to Reid Miles and Francis Wolff, and their amazing work at the Blue Note label. The case-wrapped jacket includes new liner notes by BrooklynVegan senior editor Andrew Sacher.
Silver color vinyl pressing is limited to 1,000 copies.

All Shook Down

All Shook Down has now been remastered from original analog tapes, with a quality pressing it has never seen, giving new life to this classic LP for its first ever US release on vinyl.
Anywhere II
ORGM-2029
**Vinyl Bundle includes Anywhere on electric blue vinyl & Anywhere II on black vinyl**
Anywhere II is the second full length release from musical entity Anywhere, following their 2012 self-titled debut. The project's sound began with two friends Christian Eric Beaulieu and Cedric Bixler Zavala (The Mars Volta) digging into open tuning and hybrid ragas with punk energy.
It then evolved into an expansive, bizarrely curated cavalcade of A-list psychedelic exhibitionists from all parts California, and a few world famous musicians playing non-famous instruments, all arranged and overseen by a mostly unknown, humble guitar playing surfer dude.
The stellar line-up of II finds Beaulieu and Zavala accompanied by Krist Novoselic, Mike Watt, Dale Crover, Jonathan Hischke, and many others. Nowhere else in the world can you find a recording with members of Comets On Fire, Nirvana, Earthless, Melvins, Flying Luttenbachers, Sleepy Sun, Triclops!, Devendra Banhart, Lieutenant, Golden, Black Fork, Victims Family, The Mars Volta, fIREHOSE, and a winner of America's Next Top Model. And no one ever will again. Pressed at Pallas Group in Germany.
Anywhere Anywhere II Track Listing:
1. Bone Flute Blues
2. Light The Portals
3. Moon Burnt Mountain
4. Sunset Ruins
5. No French Quarter
6. Delta Of Venus
7. Flamenco Youth
8. Astrophysical Graffiti
9. Olompali
